Agnes graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) where she learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between. She has furthered this training through taking an advanced Hormone Course as a way to understand how cyclical hormones affect our pain and energy levels. Through her personal development, she has also become a student of Bob Proctor through the Thinking into Results Program focused on re-programing and examining conscious and subconscious programming and patterns.

Agnes is certified in the Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and she coaches clients on learning how to perceive pain signals set to the brain as less threatening. PRT is a system of psychological techniques that retrains the brain to interpret and respond to signals from the body properly, leading to breaking the cycle of chronic pain. As part of the training, we examine emotions and their role in pain management.

Prior to becoming a student of IIN, Agnes had been drawn to holistic healing through her own personal healing journey. she has always looked towards natural and holistic healing that recognizes complexities of both physical, mental and emotional nature.

Coaching Journey

My personal healing journey with chronic pain has led me to coaching. I am passionate about helping clients understand the link between subconscious programming and their healing journey. Because of my experience with chronic pain, I hold the belief that we all have the power within us to change and know innately what is best for us. I believe that in our strive to "be successful" in this modern word we forget what our body and soul needs and craves. Once we have a chance to slow down and tune into those soft whispers it will become easy for us to understand what we need. I also believe that health and wellness is about integrating nutrition, lifestyle and mindset so that we are looking and breathing a whole person.

My 'Why' for Coaching

I help clients who experience chronic pain, lead pain-free joyful lives through learning to cultivate self awareness and reprogramming their minds to create behavior change. Life is full of possibilities that are available to us all, let’s start believing and achieving it with flow and ease.

What does helping others mean to you?

As a coach, helping others means that I would be walking along a path with my clients and helping them as they unlock, process and integrate parts of themselves. Through the coaching sessions, my role is to facilitate and help my clients to open up to their own potential. As individuals, we all intuitively know what’s best for us, though sometimes we get lost in the stories we tell ourselves. As a coach, my role is to help my clients see, examine and reframe these stories so that they can reach the potential that they are dreaming about. I’m helping clients to move from just dreaming about to reaching it with flow and ease.
